The Beta project is an online activity launched by Sangfor Community in collaboration with product managers and R & D department. As a participant in the beta program, you will get early access to the most exciting and latest features and improvements of Sangfor products. Your feedback is important in helping us shape the future of our products & services and improve the user experience. You will also get amazing gifts as a token of appreciation! 

How Do I Enroll?

All Beta testing activities will be published under the “Categories > General > Beta Program” catalog via a post. Generally, the event will include the following processes.

 

 

1. Applicants can fill in a questionnaire if they are interested in the active beta program. 
2. Product manager (PM) will review the questionnaire and select some candidates to join the testing.
3. Candidates will download testing materials after receiving an approval email from PM.
4. Testers will submit testing feedback via a questionnaire provided by PM after completing their testing.
5. PM will review all testing feedback and make a response to testers after the testing activity ends.  
6. Community admin will notify winners of their prizes by email. Gifts will be delivered to winners within 3 working days after community admin receives their postal addresses.
