Job Description/Responsibility
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers, partners, and internal teams via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Sangfor products, ensuring effective resolution.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, partners, and internal colleagues to foster strong relationships.
- Oversee the lifecycle of product issues from identification to resolution, including tracking, documentation, and timely follow-up.
- Enhance technical skills through hands-on simulation and practice within a virtualized lab environment, staying ahead of technology trends.
Requirements
- Proficient understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols. Solid grasp of security practices is essential.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities in both English and Chinese.
- A customer-oriented approach, with a positive and communicative demeanor.
- Experience or familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) for private and public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
- A background in application systems (e.g., databases, ERP, CRM) storage technologies, or experience with Unix/Windows environments will be advantageous.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or CCSP are beneficial but not mandatory.
