Job description
Position responsibility:
- Support the on-going sales and pre-sales efforts.
- Understand business use cases and able to communicate with customers on solutions of the business problem in business language.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Partner with Sales team to generate leads.
- Support company business development initiatives.
- Install and maintain demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) setups on presales equipment with the help of team member.
- Conduct simulations as needed for troubleshooting and testing purposes.
- Participate in product training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge.
- Develop expertise relevant to the role and refine communication skills.
Professional skill:
- Graduating Students, pursuing a degree in Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology /Related field
- or Fresh Graduate with Diploma or bachelor’s degree Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/related field.
- Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn new things and would like to grow together with Sangfor.
- Excellent Planning, organizing, time management and communication (English verbal and written) skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Capable of performing under pressure.
- Technically innovative and open-minded.
- Robust networking and technical background in the IT industry highly recommended.
