Job description
Position responsibility:
- Play as a cross-region team leader in EMEA regions(currently focus on Middle East, long term should be in charge of EMEA regions).
- To engage directly with sales team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering essential services.
- Be part of global technical service team. Provide technical supporting, include dealing with technical problem and related issue, maintenance operation, and devices upgrading.
- Raise incident to Support-Helpdesk/RnD Support team in case there s production issues arise from key activities then follow up & get back to the client. Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms.
- As technical point of contact to provide training to partners and customers. Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
- Assist on improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or local team.
- Partially responsible to security & cloud-computing designing, implementing, supporting SANGFOR products.

- Passionate about client service. Customer service oriented. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with 5+ years experiences in security, cloud computing product integration or network administration.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment. Strong adaptability in crossed cultures team.
- Mentor experience should be a plus.
- Clear and articulate verbal and written skills in English.
