A Representative Vendor for Server Virtualization
Sangfor Technologies has recently been named a Representative Vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for Server Virtualization¹ (hereinafter referred to as the "Market Guide"). This recognition is attributed to our aSV hypervisor, an integral component of Sangfor Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). The Sangfor HCI platform serves as the underlying infrastructure for a comprehensive suite of cloud and infrastructure solutions, including Sangfor Hybrid Cloud, Managed Cloud, VDI, Disaster Recovery, and Distributed Storage.
With regards to Representative Vendors, the Market Guide notes that "There are at least 20 vendors in the server virtualization market suited to enterprise needs."
Market Disruptions Driving the Reevaluation of Server Virtualization
The Market guide states that "In 2023, an increasing proportion of I&O teams will begin reviewing their virtual infrastructure requirements. This will be due to concerns about disruption and the future of the market." Additionally, it predicts that the "Reevaluation of server virtualization offerings will be more common in 2024 than at any time in the last decade."
