On September 6, 2023, Sangfor Technologies, Inc. (300454.SZ) and DYXnet, a subsidiary of VNET Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNET), signed a strategic partnership agreement in Beijing. Both parties aim to offer a unified Cloud Security Fabric solution through joint product development and market strategies.

The partnership between DYXnet and Sangfor aims to integrate DYXnet's Cloud Security Fabric infrastructure resources with Sangfor’s full-stack security capabilities into a comprehensive SASE service. This integration provides the core network and wide area network with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) capabilities. It will also enhance user experience, reduce latency, and ensure high availability. Threat intelligence further provides real-time protection for user access to business applications and the internet.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Wu Jian, CEO of VNET, and Mr. Gao Qiang, Vice President and General Manager of Security at Sangfor. Representing both sides in signing the agreement were Ms. Chen Peiwen, Vice President of VNET and General Manager of DYXnet, and Mr. Shao Jianhua, Head of the Security SaaS Market at Sangfor.
