The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from all three institutions, including Jianhua Cheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Changzhou College of Information Technology; Dato Omar, Vice chancellor / CEO of DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia; and Joyce Li, Vice President of Sangfor Technologies along with other distinguished guests.

Sangfor has pioneered an innovative "education-enterprise-education" model, promoting integration between industry and education and cooperation between enterprises and colleges and leveraging its extensive global industry resources to create a comprehensive talent development system. Through this tri-party collaboration, Sangfor and DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia will establish an "International Micro-Credentials" system to set global standards for cybersecurity talent. Additionally, Sangfor and Changzhou College of Information Technology have launched the "Sangfor-Changzhou College of Information Technology Overseas Talent Practice Base" in Malaysia, which will serve as a hub for cultivating internationally-oriented cybersecurity professionals.
