Sangfor is honored to be invited by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to sponsor and witness their strategic plan for the next five years, at Dewan Besar, Pusat Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Universiti Putra Malaysia. During the ceremony, UPM, launched their Strategic Plan 2021-2025 (PSUPM), as a nod to the university's previous efforts and excellence, and a continuation of the UPM Strategic Plan 2014-2020.
UPM’s fifth strategic plan shows their ambition to educate graduates, who are ready for the challenges ahead. UPM graduates are expected to create research and innovation hubs that generate value based on sustainable ecosystems, sustain industrial and community network ecosystems, strengthen agriculture and food security resilience, and strengthen institutional governance, financial sustainability, and green sustainability practices. One strategic objective important to the fifth strategic plan is to improve infrastructure, library services, information technology and communication systems.
Learning has become increasingly globalized, making it necessary for students and teachers to have universal access to materials and information at all times, and in all places. Providing these universal elements to students, requires superior technical performance and unstructured data processing, at a reasonable cost. Sangfor believes that these drastic changes make it obvious that education is a dynamic organism. destined to change and grow. The need to maintain business continuity with immediate scalability and endless growth potential is pivotal to the future of education.
