For those unfamiliar, “The ‘Voice of the Customer’ is a document that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision makers¹.”
Gartner Peer Insights is “a crowdsourced enterprise review platform that relies on dynamic data¹.” Gartner states that “Key to maintaining the integrity of the site is our ongoing moderation and validation of those reviews. Reviews are examined before publishing to the site and periodically, post publishing¹.”

Sangfor Network Secure achieved an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5—the third highest among ten vendors. Specifically, it scored 4.7 in product capabilities and sales experience, and 4.8 in deployment and support experience, all surpassing category averages. These exceptional scores affirm our commitment to providing outstanding service in addition to a robust product.
Versatility Across Industries and Organizational Sizes
Sangfor’s customer base spans a diverse range of industries and organizational sizes. Reviews came from an evenly distributed mix, with 17% each from the education, finance, government, and manufacturing sectors, and 30% from other industries.
In terms of organization size, 43% of reviewers were from organizations earning between $50M and $1B USD in revenue, 17% from large enterprises with revenues between $1B and $10B USD, and 4% from major corporations generating over $10B USD annually. Additionally, 35% of our reviewers were from the public sector, including government and educational institutions.
